“Content” covers so much. From crafting CTA to affect conversion to writing lead generation assets, service content, emails.. it’s at the heart of everything we do.

 

Content marketing goes further, it understands the primary objective, it engages with the individual on multiple platforms and builds brand. It takes someone by the hand and leads them towards conversion by talking to their needs directly.

 

As well as creativity, great content marketing requires an understanding of behavioural psychology, measurement, multiple content types and how to get the best from client experts.

Discovery

We apply a 5C methodology Customer, Competition, Company, Collaborator and Context to the discovery process. In this way, we get a deep understanding of where we’re starting from and where we need to get to.

Strategy

The strategy is the how we get there. Objectives are defined and made measurable; brand awareness, lead generation, sales, repeat selling. We workout content streams that match to objectives and distill this into a Content Strategy and calendar which is distributed internally and to client teams.

Creation

Content creation has a process from origination to sign off. This process is clear from the start with responsibilities and deadlines organised in Tandem and in our clients. With some client we originate everything, for others, we edit and embellish. We work across all digital forms media from copywriting to video and all the various versions of content in between.

Distribution

We’re not big subscribers to the Kostner school of content marketing. Having a distribution and promotion strategy takes lots of effort – from cultivating influencers to building relationships across channels.
